Who runs your class

A class is confirmed once it reaches 12 managers. If yours has not by Friday 15 January 2027, you can move to another class or take a full refund.

How paying works

  1. 1Reserve your seat below. It is held for you for 7 days.
  2. 2We email you a pro-forma invoice with our banking details and your payment reference. If your company is paying, forward it to your finance team.
  3. 3Pay by EFT using that reference. Your seat is confirmed, your tax invoice follows, and we book your onboarding.

Who is SMDP for?

People who manage salespeople, from first-line managers to regional leaders.

How much time does it take?

About 34.5 hours of live sessions over 12 months: a 90-minute onboarding and a 90-minute introduction in January 2027, nine three-hour Episodes from February to September 2027, three one-hour syndicate coaching sessions, and a 90-minute graduation in November 2027. Episodes are four weeks apart, and every session starts at 11:00 in your class's time zone.

What does it cost?

The standard price is R79,900 excluding VAT in South Africa, or USD 4,950 elsewhere. Early-bird prices apply until 30 October and 30 November 2026, and referred buyers and past graduates pay less. Discounts do not combine: you pay the best single price you qualify for.

Can my company pay?

Yes. Choose "My company" when you reserve. We email the pro-forma invoice to you, and you forward it to your finance team.

What if I miss an Episode?

Dates are fixed and published now, so there is no catch-up. If you have a genuinely valid reason, you can join the same Episode in another region's class.

Can I get a refund?

Yes, until Friday 22 January 2027 or within 7 days of paying, whichever is later. After that, your seat can move to a colleague or to the next intake.

What if my class does not reach 12?

We tell you on 15 January 2027. You can move to another region's class or take a full refund.
